Getting Started

If you’re unsure whether CrossFit is for you, consider trying one of our free intro classes (754-581-3853). They are offered by appointment only, Saturday or Sundays only,  PLEASE no walk-ins. You do not need to “get in shape” to start CrossFit. Everything we do can be scaled to meet a person’s abilities or non-abilities. Our members range in every age group and varying levels of strength and skill. Just make an appointment and come in and get ready to improve all aspects of health and fitness.

After trying an intro class, however, most people are converts: they realize they’ve been wasting a lot of time in the gym, and that CrossFit would get them in the best shape of their lives, fast.

The next step is our Elements class. Elements is by appointment only. This is a class that covers the basics of CrossFit. You’ll practice perfect form on the movements that make up our workouts, learn how to scale movements appropriately to your own level, and start ramping up your fitness with a CrossFit workout at the end of the class.

We require all of our members to complete the Elements classes, so that they can safely, effectively, and confidently head into our Workout of the Day (“WOD”) classes.

The fee for the Elements classes is $40 and it includes your 1st week of unlimited classes. Elements classes are limited in size, to ensure that our coaches can provide the highest level of individual instruction throughout.
